Hal Shelton: Vistas, Mountains and Canyon Lands

Golden’s favorite local artist, Hal Shelton (1926-2004), had a long and prolific career both as an artist as well as a world renowned cartographer.  Known for his elegant depictions of the natural landscape and paintings of the west, FAC is delighted to present a selection of Shelton’s work, many of which have never exhibited outside of the Shelton family collection.
