Facility Rentals
Foothills Art Center rents its facilities to the public. It has three main unique and charming areas to rent for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, private parties, or workshops. Please contact Esther Papenfus for rental information at 303-279-3922, or epapenfus@foothillsartcenter.org.
Galleries
The art galleries, formed around the sanctuary of the original church, contain stained glass windows and carpeted floors. For weddings, the original space can seat up 100 guests. For receptions, the galleries accommodate up to 200 people. Tables (6’ & 8’ long), folding chairs, and full kitchen are included in the rental. Handicap accessible. Rental of the galleries is based on the type of exhibition art, and availability during off-hours (after 5 pm Monday – Sunday; also Sunday from 9 am – 12 noon).
Fee for Wedding ceremony: $300, includes (one-hour rehearsal)
Fee for Reception or Private Party: $400 per event (2 hours)
Mary Robinson Library
The library is used as a conference and media room. It can hold 15-20 people grouped around a large table. Slide screen, projector, TV/VCR, and window shades make this a low-tech media room. Accessible via stairs only.
Fee for Mary Robinson Library: $100 per day
