Facility Rentals

Foothills Art Center would love to host your event!  We have a variety of unique and charming spaces to rent for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, private parties, workshops, classes, business meetings, etc.  Our facilities can accommodate from 1 to 200 guests.  Please visit the individual pages for specifics and rental fees relating to each space. 

All rentals have access to our tables (6’ and 8’ rectangle); folding chairs; full kitchen; projector screen; small sound system; and staff availability.  We can also add on a private exhibit tour to your event for an additional $25.  

Although we do not provide any in-house services, we’d be happy to recommend caterers, music, audio/visual/computer, local restaurants and hotels within walking distance, etc. 

Events require a $250 refundable security deposit and 50% of the rental fee due upon contract signing.  The balance of the rental fee is due the day of the event.  Available dates and times are dependent on current exhibitions in the Gallery.

MAIN GALLERY        

The art gallery, formed around the sanctuary of the original church, contains stained glass windows and carpeted floors. For weddings, the space can seat up 100 guests. For receptions, the gallery can accommodate up to 200 people. The Main Gallery is handicap accessible. Rental of the gallery is based on the type of exhibition art, and availability during off-hours (after 5 pm Monday – Sunday; also Sunday from 9 am – 12 noon).

Fee for Wedding ceremony: $300, includes (one-hour rehearsal)
Fee for Reception or Private Party: $400 per event

 

MARY ROBINSON LIBRARY

Our archival library, located in the main building, is the perfect space for your conference and/or meeting needs.  15-20 people are easily seated around a large executive table. 

Please note this room is only accessible via stairs.
